Class Description

These classes are designed to teach you the art of meditation. No prior knowledge of meditation is required to attend this class. We will look at a number of different methods of meditation so that you can work out which method may work best for you. You will find that you will get the most out of this course by practising the meditation methods as regularly as possible at home.
You won’t be required to sit in a lotus position, or any other ‘uncomfortable’ position if you are unable to do so.


Organic Cotton Bolsters and blankets are provided. There are some yoga mats, however if you have your own, please bring them along. If you use a special stool, or pillow to meditate, please feel free to bring them along. Wear comfortable loose clothing that allows for freedom of movement.

Injuries/Medical Conditions

There are far less conditions that require adjustments for meditation than for general Yoga classes, but if you feel that anything you suffer may impact your ability to meditate, please let your teacher know.
