Private yoga classes
Private classes are for one hour, with an introductory 1.5-hour class. Your initial lesson will give a functional assessment of your body characteristics, look at your lifestyle and habits, and evaluate what you want to achieve with yoga.
Private classes are available either in your own home or office, or here at Nangami. Private classes offer the advantage of enabling your yoga practise to be tailored to exactly what is required for you and where you are at this point in time. We all have different needs and a private class is the most effective way of meeting these.
As a private student you’ll receive a written personalised plan to continue practising yoga in your own time.
